Dodd’s Selected Publications
Part of what the lawyers at Dodd Henry do every day, and have for more than 40 years, is teach other trial lawyers. From one on one teaching, to lectures presented to hundreds of lawyers, our lawyers are actively involved in raising the level of professionalism of trial lawyers. This has immediate and direct impact on our clients and cases. Teaching makes our lawyers better. To present educational programs to practicing lawyers requires our lawyers to be at the cutting edge of trial lawyer skills. That means our clients are the immediate and direct beneficiaries of enhanced trial skills.
In addition to verbally teaching, our lawyers have published dozens of articles related to trial skills. Beyond that, books and DVDs published by our lawyers are considered worthy in the trial lawyer community. Starting with the 1993 when the first edition of Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques was hailed by the world wide legal community as the bible of cross-examination (an essential trial skill), the lawyers at Dodd Henry continue to produce written education for the legal community that tries cases.
